For seven seasons, Officers Pete Malloy and Jim Reed patrolled the streets of downtown and the greater Los Angeles area.
Several arrests, chases and false alarms took up most of Reed and Malloy's time. Though most of their conversations were about police work, there were several instances the two talked as pals while on patrol.
