Synopsis

"Who loves ya, baby?" Tough and incorruptible, Lieutenant Theodopolous ("Theo") Kojak (Telly Savalas) tirelessly works to bring criminals to justice, effusing a trademark dark, cynical wit and bending the rules when doing so means justice will be served. With his signature lollipop in mouth, Kojak, along with his favorite officer, Detective Bobby Crocker (Kevin Dobson), is dedicated to cleaning up the streets of New York City.
