Synopsis

'The Streets of San Francisco' revolves around homicide investigators Lt. Mike Stone and Assistant Inspector Steve Keller. Stone, a veteran cop with more than 20 years on the force, is faced with the task of mentoring young Keller, who has no experience in police work. Over time, Stone becomes a father figure to Keller, with the young investigator learning the art of detective work and eventually being promoted to inspector.
