This famous catchphrase, instantly recognizable to children of the '80s, is the sound of young Prince Adam invoking the power of Castle Grayskull via the Power Sword, which transforms him into He-Man, the most powerful man in the universe. Heir to the throne of his home planet, Eternia, Prince Adam and his allies battle the forces of evil, commanded by Skeletor, a super villain bent on conquering Castle Grayskull to unlock powers that would make him ruler of Eternia—and possibly the entire universe.

A spinoff of 'He-Man and the Masters of the Universe,' the series follows the adventures of Princess Adora, who, much like her twin brother, He-Man, raises a magical sword to summon superhuman strength, transforming her into She-Ra, the most powerful woman in the universe.
